Charcuterie Classes
Board in Buffalo previously offered both in-person and virtual charcuterie classes where guests learned tips and tricks to create a beautiful board from start to finish. During our workshops, all ingredients were provided and each participant left with a board designed to feed 4–6 people. Although we are not currently hosting classes at the moment, we plan to bring them back in the future! When classes return, they will be held at locations throughout Buffalo, NY with sign-ups posted here a few weeks prior to each date. Virtual sessions were also a fun option for corporate team-building or long-distance friends and family to create together over Zoom. If you’re interested in joining a future class or want to be notified when workshops resume, please reach out, we’d love to have you join us when they return!
